Add Client

Go to Clients and click Tambah Pelanggan.

Validation Rules

  • Phone — must be Indonesian format: starts with 08 or 628, 10–14 digits. Automatically normalized to 08xx on save.
  • NIK — must be exactly 16 digits if provided.
  • Profile — must match an existing RADIUS profile.
  • Username — must be unique. Cannot reuse a username that is already active.

Username cannot be edited after the client is created. Choose carefully — this is the PPPoE login credential your client uses to connect.

Password

The password is stored as a RADIUS Cleartext-Password. It is used by the MikroTik router to authenticate the PPPoE session.
