Getting Started
Your Cloudman account is set up by your superadmin. Contact them if you have not received your login credentials.
Login
- Go to your Cloudman URL and click Masuk (Login)
- Enter your username and password
- You will be redirected to the dashboard
First-time Setup
Configure Company Settings
Go to Settings → Company and fill in:
- Company name, address, phone, and email
- Invoice generate date and due date
- Billing method: Fixed (all clients same date) or Cycle (per-client billing day)
Add a RADIUS Profile
Go to Router → Profile and create at least one profile (e.g. 10Mbps).
Each profile maps to a MikroTik rate limit and is assigned to clients.
Add Your First Client
Go to Clients and click Tambah Pelanggan. Fill in:
- Full name, username (PPPoE), password
- Phone number (used for WA notifications)
- Assign a profile
Connect WhatsApp (Optional)
Go to Settings → WhatsApp, scan the QR code with your WA number.
Once connected, Cloudman can send invoice and payment notifications automatically.
