Getting Started

Your Cloudman account is set up by your superadmin. Contact them if you have not received your login credentials.

Login

  1. Go to your Cloudman URL and click Masuk (Login)
  2. Enter your username and password
  3. You will be redirected to the dashboard

First-time Setup

Configure Company Settings

Go to Settings → Company and fill in:

  • Company name, address, phone, and email
  • Invoice generate date and due date
  • Billing method: Fixed (all clients same date) or Cycle (per-client billing day)

Add a RADIUS Profile

Go to Router → Profile and create at least one profile (e.g. 10Mbps).

Each profile maps to a MikroTik rate limit and is assigned to clients.

Add Your First Client

Go to Clients and click Tambah Pelanggan. Fill in:

  • Full name, username (PPPoE), password
  • Phone number (used for WA notifications)
  • Assign a profile

Connect WhatsApp (Optional)

Go to Settings → WhatsApp, scan the QR code with your WA number.

Once connected, Cloudman can send invoice and payment notifications automatically.
