WA Notifications
Cloudman can send WhatsApp messages to clients for invoice reminders and payment confirmations.
Setup
Go to Settings → WhatsApp and scan the QR code with the WA number you want to use for sending.
Message Templates
Templates are configurable in Settings → WhatsApp. Available variables:

{amount} | Invoice amount (formatted IDR) |

Notification Types
| Type | When |
|---|---|
| Invoice notification | Sent when invoice is generated |
| Due reminder | Sent N days before due date (configured in settings) |
| Payment confirmation | Sent when payment is received |
Keep your WA session active. If the session expires, reconnect by scanning the QR code again in Settings → WhatsApp.
