Isolir

Isolir blocks a client’s PPPoE internet access by swapping their RADIUS profile to a restricted profile. The client is then redirected to a captive portal page.

Auto Isolir

When Auto Isolir is enabled in company settings, Cloudman automatically isolates clients whose invoices are past due at 23:59 every day.

To enable: go to Settings → Company and turn on Auto Isolir, then set the Isolir Profile name.

Manual Isolir

You can manually toggle isolir on or off from the client list by clicking the isolir toggle button next to a client.

Isolir requires an isolir RADIUS profile to be configured first. Make sure the profile exists in your RADIUS setup before enabling this feature.

Un-isolir on Payment

When a client pays their overdue invoice, Cloudman automatically lifts the isolir and restores their original profile.
