Payment Gateway

Cloudman integrates with Winpay for online payment collection. When a client pays via the payment link on their invoice, Winpay sends a webhook to Cloudman which marks the invoice as paid automatically.

Payment Page

Clients can view and pay their invoice at:

/check-invoice

They enter their invoice reference number to look it up.

Payment Records

Every successful payment creates a record with:

• Reference number (ref)
• Channel (payment method)
• Amount, fee, and nett amount
• Timestamp

Reimbursement

Payments can be marked as reimbursed (reimbursed_at) once the funds have been transferred to the provider.

Filtering by Date

The payment list can be filtered by a date range. Click the date range picker to select a custom range on the calendar, or choose a quick preset:

The same date range picker is also available when exporting payment records.
